We're a fast-growing startup in the iGaming industry, preparing to launch a new sweepstakes casino brand for the US market. Our product is fully legal and operates in the "white" segment - no gray-zone risks or regulatory uncertainty.
We're building our core founding team, so this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and build our affiliate marketing from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities

Create affiliate acquisition and traffic scaling strategies.

Attract partners – affiliates, media buyers, and arbitrage teams.

Oversee testing, analysis, optimization, and ROI growth.

Monitor traffic quality and prevent fraud.

Represent the brand at industry events and develop an affiliate network.

Build an affiliate marketing department: recruitment, management, and team motivation.
Requirements
Experience in sweepstakes/social casinos is required.
5+ years in iGaming affiliates, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Strong contacts in the affiliate or media buying community (US is a plus).
Excellent understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
Strong negotiation skills and fluent English.
Independence, strategic thinking, and results-oriented.
